Dan sees both of his oncologists today - Cary and Chapel Hill. In Cary he gets his weekly CBC, ProCrit shot, and port reaccess, along with (this week) Zometa and an extra tube of blood drawn for the monthly chemistry panel for the study. Chapel Hill is the monthly study checkup.

Dan and I worked out a few agreements on the way to and from the dentist’s office today. Upshot of the appointment is that we’re going to leave well enough alone. And we have a strategy for when we get the new kitties Dan’s been wanting.

We got an early morning reminder to recheck the taping of Dan’s tubing each time his port access is changed out.
